The purpose of this game is to facilitate the transition into a high-performance state (HPS). This state is characterized by heightened brain activity compared to an ordinary state, supporting decision-making, problem-solving, and potentially enabling a radical shift in attitude toward challenging situations.

During gameplay, various words appear at random positions on the screen, displaying either color names or the word “CLAP.” The color of each word is also chosen randomly. The player's task is to verbally identify the color of the word (not the written text) and to clap their hands whenever the word “CLAP” appears.

*** GAME RULES ***

1. Beginning: Focus on a problematic situation: visualize it vividly—recall sounds and bodily sensations; immerse yourself and record your feelings. Engage with the problem as fully as possible.
2. Preparing to Play: Change your body posture and breathing pattern; shake your shoulders. Then initiate the game immediately.
3. During Gameplay: Choose a challenging yet engaging speed setting. Set the duration: a minimum of 2 minutes; 10-15 minutes is recommended. Start the game.
4. Game Dynamics: The screen displays words either in random colors or as “CLAP.” Sometimes they may match or mismatch with their reflected color. Your task is to identify the ink color regardless of the textual content. When “CLAP” appears on screen, clap your hands accordingly. You may be asked to clap with different palms or follow directional cues if enabled.

This game is based on principles from NLP's New Code methodology and is designed to provide an even and safe mental load while assisting in achieving a high-performance state. It offers an opportunity to temporarily shift perspectives and change worldviews.

Regular play—approximately 2-3 times per week—is recommended for optimal benefits. The game incorporates the Stroop effect (first studied in 1935), which highlights reaction delays in reading words when there's a mismatch between word meaning and ink color.
